		<description><![CDATA[I have to take this post back!  My associate was helping with postings and she likes the idea but I must say I hate the idea!  
The &quot;parklet&quot; concept was initiated in urban/suburban areas where there were underutilized parking spaces.  
We certainly do not have underutilized parking spaces in Aspen.  There are not enough parking spaces and I oppose the idea of making any of our existing parking into parklets!]]></description>
